Services

On a very limited basis, I am available in northern and central New Jersey and worldwide (virtually) for the following services:

• BCBA Supervision (virtual)

• Consultation (primarily virtual)

  • AAC

  • Assessment and Curriculum

• AAC Evaluation (in-person only)

• Professional Development (1-3 hrs. depending on topic - primarily virtual)

  • Fundamentals of AAC

  • Ethical Considerations for AAC Implementation

  • Modern Approaches to Curricula (with an emphasis on PEAK)

  • Fundamentals of ABA

  • Educational Assessments

  • Migrating to Electronic Data Collection

  • Developing and Conducting Meaningful Staff Evaluation

  • Developing Beginning Reading Skills

  • Considerations with Speech Programming

• Organizational Support

  • Support with migration to electronic data collection (e.g., Catalyst, Hi Rasmus)

  • Support with migration to Google Workspace

Fee Schedule

• Generally speaking, services are billed at a rate of $200/hour. If more than 30 minutes of travel is required (each way), a travel fee may be implemented. Depending on a variety of factors, virtual services may be billed at a lower rate.

• Evaluations and trainings are billed at number of anticipated hours multiplied by the hourly rate. 

  • • For instance, a traditional AAC evaluation would be anticipated to take approximately 7 hours (review of records, observation, direct assessment, report writeup) with a total fee of $1400. 

    • Workshop/PD costs are determined by the length of the workshop (e.g., 3 hours) multipled by the hourly rate + time to prepare the workshop. Workshops have a standard minimum of 1/2 hour for preparation - therefore, a 3-hour workshop would potentially cost $700. However, if the workshop is on a highly customized topic or one which I have not developed many materials for, the preparation time will be extended.  All anticipated costs will be discussed prior to formally beginning services.

    • Following trainings/evaluations, I am typically available for ongoing consultation via remote services.

• I do not actively participate with insurance companies so my services are best classified as "private pay." I can generally receive payment from school districts in situations where the school directly reaches out to me for services or a school pays for services on behalf of a family.
